Shelby A/C & Heating is a full service residential and commercial air comfort provider. We provide quality products and services to our customers at a fair price that meets or exceeds their expectations. We specialize in the servicing, installation, and design of residential and commercial HVACR systems utilizing propane, natural gas, oil, electric and geothermal energy sources. The company provides service to thousands of customers in fifteen counties in central Indiana.

By establishing high customer service standards and values and by tailoring our service and installations to meet our customer's individual needs, we feel we have helped “set the bar” in our service area. Solid company values and integrity are our tickets to success. As with any company, our success can be directly attributed to our associates. The quality and enthusiasm they bring is evident to the customers they are in contact with. Not many weeks go by without a phone call or letter attesting to a great attitude or excellent craftsmanship.

Our focus is on long-term relationships with our customers. With the success of our residential and commercial preventative maintenance programs it is apparent that customers want worry free service from their HVACR systems. More than 600 of our customers are currently taking advantage of this program.

We have a high level of community involvement. We are active in the local Chamber of Commerce as well as the Shelby County Development Corporation. We also support several local boys and girls youth programs. We feel fortunate to be able to give something back to the community.

More than ever before, consumers are concerned today about indoor air quality, total indoor air comfort and environmental issues. We are meeting this challenge by offering environmentally safe equipment and by offering Honeywell Envirocare products and solutions. In 2003 we added duct-cleaning service to our list of services.

A noticeable market trend in the industry is toward flat rate pricing of service work. Flat rate pricing allows for limited surprises to the customer and more immediate closure to the job, benefiting both the customer and the company. In June of 2000 we implemented this pricing system into our service department with successful results. Convenience such as on-line bill paying and on-line service orders will most likely be tried and proven in the industry over the next several years. Shelby Air Conditioning and Heating will attempt to stay abreast of these market trends.
